Dear Scott,

Now that my kitchen has been completed the only thing left to do is make sure I let you and your crew know how much I have appreciated your professionalism, expertise, thoughtfulness and attention to every detail. The final product is as strikingly beautiful as it is functional. Everyone who knew what the space was like before is amazed at what you were able to accomplish. No one believed me when I told them how thoughtful and thorough my contractor was until they saw the finished product: The kitchen speaks for itself!

Lately, nightmares about contractors seem to outpace bad lawyer jokes among many of my friends. Your work has been very effective at laying some of those concerns to rest. You certainly have shown that Quality Remodeling is one company that understands customer service. Although I realize my project was small in comparison to many of your other projects, you and your crew treated every step along the way with as much attention as if I was your most valued customer. Most important, I truly have appreciated your responsiveness to the special needs presented by my disability in the planning, preparation and completion of the project. Your willingness to go the extra mile to find new materials, adjust dimensions, and many other helpful suggestions has made a huge difference in the comfort and enjoyment of my new kitchen. There are even days when I am able and excited to cook rather than my kitchen being an obstacle to meeting my daily needs. You were tenacious about meeting my original “wish list,” even exceeding it, while respecting my budget limitations.

Anyone who thinks that this sounds too good to be true obviously has not been fortunate enough to use the services of Quality Remodeling, yet. I would recommend your company without reservation. And, I look forward to the possibility of working with you again in the near future.

Dear Scott:

Sandy and I both want to thank you and your company for the marvelous job done on the remodeling and expansion of our kitchen.

When we engaged you and your company to work on our 1871-built house, we told you that all of us could expect some surprises. Well, we did and Quality came through with flying colors. What we were most impressed with was the quick and precise reactions we got not only from your company but also you, individually.

Your positive approaches were a continuing fine example of how a professional company should perform. Your specific suggestions concerning certain personalizing of things that we had ordered added so much to making our kitchen he warm and functional room we had hoped for.

During the rebuilding, your input and personal touch made you a virtual member of the family. That was the magic ingredient that made the project such a success.

So thank you for your input, your enthusiasm, your patience, your talent and your professionalism. In your business that’s a very rare and positive combination.

Scot, you are free to use this letter as a recommendation and you will always be welcome in our and your new showcase kitchen.

Most sincerely,

To whom it may concern,

I am pleased to offer this reference for Scot Ingra and Quality Remodeling, Inc. Scot recently completed a remodel of our kitchen and bath. The project included structural rebuild of two weight bearing walls, total kitchen demolition and rebuild, cabinets, appliances, painting, floor refinishing and electrical. Scot coordinated architectural consultant, subcontractors and finish work. He was accessible and present on site almost every day. He was very responsive to problems which inevitably surface during such a project and responded in a friendly and timely manner. The project was completed within budget which was very important to us.

This was our first remodeling project and we entered the process with some intimidation. We interviewed several contractors and we’re very happy that we chose Scot and Quality Remodeling, Inc. Scot and his team worked with us, were very open to changes as the project progressed, and we would definitely work with him again.

I just wanted to pass along another note to say how happy my wife and I are with Quality Remodeling. We had dealt with Scot before about 2 years ago. At that time, Scot was able to gut our bathroom, redo our entire kitchen, and remodel our basement all within our budget, and in a very timely manner. The crew that worked on our old house showed up every day, and finished the job about 6 days prior to our anticipated finish date. The quality of the work was exceptional, which leads to the reason for this letter.

My wife and I recently purchased a new home, and there was some immediate work we wanted done to the flooring. Needless to say, based on our prior experience with Scot and Quality Remodeling, you guys were the ONLY contractor we called because we knew the work would be outstanding, and we feel so comfortable dealing with Scot, knowing he’s not out only for the money. Let me just say, the floors you guys did look beautiful, and once again you were able to work within our budget, and the job was scheduled for 2 weeks, but the crew finished within 5 working days (Started Thursday April 26, 2007-Finished Wednesday May 2, 2007). Amazing! There’s still some additional cosmetic work we want done in the house, as well as outside the house, but budget constraints wouldn’t allow it. Needless to say when we are ready for that work to be done, you guys can count on a call from us.

So again, many thanks to you guys, and you can rest assured you have a customer for life with the Phillips family.

Have a great day!

Jeff Phillips

Dear Scot:

I just wanted to take a few minutes to tell you how happy I am with the remodeling of my kitchen. The entire process from estimate to completion was done in a professional manner that truly exceeded all my expectations.

Primarily I was impressed with the following:

  • You made suggestions and modification to my original request that yielded a better overall floor plan with minimal (if any) impact to the overall cost. The new design is a dream to cook in as well as just hang out.
  • You listened to my requests and suggestions and Incorporated them into the final design.
  • Your workman were neat and orderly. All the work was done in a professional manner.
  • You took the extra effort to connect me with craftsman who could do the minor but very special carpentry to finish parts of the kitchen to perfection (no one but you or I will ever see those parts but they really add to the kitchen).
  • And finally, the project came in at exactly the quoted price. In talking to friends that is especially important.

I keep you business cards in the kitchen and have recommended you to several of my friends. When I get ready to do the bathroom and basement you can rest assured that you will be the first (and only) contractor I call. Do not hesitate to use me as a reference. I’d be happy to show the kitchen to anyone who’d be interested.

Thank you again for doing such a wonderful job on my bathroom. I apologize that I have not contacted you earlier but I have been on the road traveling for work

I was very appreciative of the throughness of your job. You were very prompt with follow up, quoted a reasonable price and most importantly, I felt that confident that you would do a good job and not cheat me in any way.

I am thrilled about the final product and really like the new bathroom

Thank you again and it was wonderful working with you

To Whom It May Concern:

I wanted to let you know bout how happy I am about the job Quality Remodeling did on my master bath. Prior to starting the project I received bids from well over 10 contractors. Several contractors had lower prices than Quality; however, I was impressed by the level of professionalism that Scott had, the amount of time he took to address our concerns about the project, and the flexibility he provided us with our time frame. Scott and his staff listened to my concerns and were truthful from the start about the length of time, and cost of the project. They started the project and quickly proceeded to complete it. During the project Scott was in constant contact with me about any issues that may have come up. He allowed me to make the choice about the direction of the project, and he offered his honest opinion. At the end of the project he continued to talk to me until all fixtures, pluming features, and shower features were working properly. I will gladly use Scott again on any future home improvements.

Dear Scott,

I wanted to thank you for the great work that you and the rest of the crew at Quality Remodeling did on my new porch, sidewalk, gutters and siding. The job went very smoothly from start to finish, and I am very happy with the time and cost involved.

I will gladly recommend you to any friends or family that need to have work done on their homes.

Best of luck to you on all your future jobs!

Sincerely yours,

John Lofton
Dear Scott;

I was not going to let our addition be completed without writing you a letter about our whole “experience” with Quality letting you know how pleased we are.

Contemplating on whether to move or put on an addition can be a scary thing. You hear people talk about how expensive it is, how you can not live in your house while the addition is going on because it will be just filthy. You hear nightmares about not being able to get in contact with your contractor, workers not showing up for the day and so on and so forth.

I must admit my fear of all the above (since we were planning on living in our house through all the work) was right up there at the top. Quality Remodeling proved otherwise.

I cannot tell you how please I was through the whole process. You gave piece of mind knowing that when I actually called you on your cell phone, you answered. You gave me piece of mind when we requested a change during the process you worked with us and not against us waiting for us to discuss changes with our Architect. With the addition that was started in January we were warm in the winter. We had TWO days of dust when the roof was torn off however your workers got it cleaned up. All in all you made it a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend you to everyone. Please use me as a reference.

My home is now my castle. I never pictured it to come out as beautiful as it did. You do not give yourself enough credit. I know many compliments can go to the Architect. An Architect can draw the house…but only a Builder can make it happen.

To whom it may concern,

I am pleased to recommend Scot Igra for upcoming home improvement projects that you may have planned. My wife and I found Scot through an online search engine when we were planning to retile and replace the plumbing fixtures in our shower. Of the 3 contractors we considered, Scot offered us the best price and quickest delivery of services. He responded to our initial request for a quote within two days and had surveyed the project and confirmed the details with us by the end of that same week.

Shortly after beginning the project, we discovered a problem with the main plumbing system in our condominium building. This had the potential to derail the entire project, but Scot was very patient and committed to working with us through the difficulties, without changing the price or schedule that we had originally agreed on. Scot went out of his way, at additional time and expense to himself in order to finish our job and make our lives easier.

The end result is that we now have a beautiful shower with more hot water pressure than ever before. The money that we spent will greatly enhance the value of our home, as well as our enjoyment of it. After the project was compete, Scot even followed up to suggest a simple way of keeping the shower head free of mineral deposits which often occur after a project like ours. I followed his suggestions and was amazed by how well it worked.

Let’s face it – home improvement projects can be a big inconvenience, with lots of unexpected issues that pop up along the way. It’s very important to work with a competent and flexible professional that is willing and able to work with you through the process and ensure good results in the end. Scot Igra is the kind of person you want to have on your job.
