Now that my kitchen has been completed the only thing left to do is make sure I let you and your crew know how much I have appreciated your professionalism, expertise, thoughtfulness and attention to every detail. Lately, nightmares about contractors seem to outpace bad lawyer jokes among many of my friends. Your work has been very effective at laying some of those concerns to rest. You certainly have shown that Quality Remodeling is one company that understands customer service. Although I realize my project was small in comparison to many of your other projects, you and your crew treated every step along the way with as much attention as if I was your most valued customer. Most important, I truly have appreciated your responsiveness to the special needs presented by my disability in the planning, preparation and completion of the project. Your willingness to go the extra mile to find new materials, adjust dimensions, and many other helpful suggestions has made a huge difference in the comfort and enjoyment of my new kitchen. I just wanted to pass along another note to say how happy my wife and I are with Quality Remodeling. We had dealt with Scot before about 2 years ago. At that time, Scot was able to gut our bathroom, redo our entire kitchen, and remodel our basement all within our budget, and in a very timely manner. The crew that worked on our old house showed up every day, and finished the job about 6 days prior to our anticipated finish date. The quality of the work was exceptional, which leads to the reason for this letter.
My wife and I recently purchased a new home, and there was some immediate work we wanted done to the flooring. Needless to say, based on our prior experience with Scot and Quality Remodeling, you guys were the ONLY contractor we called because we knew the work would be outstanding, and we feel so comfortable dealing with Scot, knowing he’s not out only for the money. Let me just say, the floors you guys did look beautiful, and once again you were able to work within our budget, and the job was scheduled for 2 weeks, but the crew finished within 5 working days (Started Thursday April 26, 2007-Finished Wednesday May 2, 2007). Amazing! There’s still some additional cosmetic work we want done in the house, as well as outside the house, but budget constraints wouldn’t allow it. Needless to say when we are ready for that work to be done, you guys can count on a call from us.

Primarily I was impressed with the following:
- You made suggestions and modification to my original request that yielded a better overall floor plan with minimal (if any) impact to the overall cost. The new design is a dream to cook in as well as just hang out.
- You listened to my requests and suggestions and Incorporated them into the final design.
- Your workman were neat and orderly. All the work was done in a professional manner.
- You took the extra effort to connect me with craftsman who could do the minor but very special carpentry to finish parts of the kitchen to perfection (no one but you or I will ever see those parts but they really add to the kitchen).

Several contractors had lower prices than Quality; however, I was impressed by the level of professionalism that Scott had, the amount of time he took to address our concerns about the project, and the flexibility he provided us with our time frame. Scott and his staff listened to my concerns and were truthful from the start about the length of time, and cost of the project. They started the project and quickly proceeded to complete it. During the project Scott was in constant contact with me about any issues that may have come up. I was not going to let our addition be completed without writing you a letter about our whole “experience” with Quality letting you know how pleased we are.
Contemplating on whether to move or put on an addition can be a scary thing. You hear people talk about how expensive it is, how you can not live in your house while the addition is going on because it will be just filthy. You hear nightmares about not being able to get in contact with your contractor, workers not showing up for the day and so on and so forth.
I must admit my fear of all the above (since we were planning on living in our house through all the work) was right up there at the top. Quality Remodeling proved otherwise.
I cannot tell you how please I was through the whole process. You gave piece of mind knowing that when I actually called you on your cell phone, you answered. You gave me piece of mind when we requested a change during the process you worked with us and not against us waiting for us to discuss changes with our Architect. With the addition that was started in January we were warm in the winter. We had TWO days of dust when the roof was torn off however your workers got it cleaned up. All in all you made it a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend you to everyone. Please use me as a reference.
My home is now my castle. I never pictured it to come out as beautiful as it did. You do not give yourself enough credit. I know many compliments can go to the Architect. An Architect can draw the house…but only a Builder can make it happen.

I am pleased to recommend Scot Igra for upcoming home improvement projects that you may have planned. My wife and I found Scot through an online search engine when we were planning to retile and replace the plumbing fixtures in our shower. Of the 3 contractors we considered, Scot offered us the best price and quickest delivery of services. He responded to our initial request for a quote within two days and had surveyed the project and confirmed the details with us by the end of that same week.
Shortly after beginning the project, we discovered a problem with the main plumbing system in our condominium building. This had the potential to derail the entire project, but Scot was very patient and committed to working with us through the difficulties, without changing the price or schedule that we had originally agreed on. Scot went out of his way, at additional time and expense to himself in order to finish our job and make our lives easier.
The end result is that we now have a beautiful shower with more hot water pressure than ever before. After the project was compete, Scot even followed up to suggest a simple way of keeping the shower head free of mineral deposits which often occur after a project like ours. I followed his suggestions and was amazed by how well it worked.
